This is the BEST renovation experience for us! We have moved 4 times in Toronto and worked with different home reno designers and contractors. Lucky 5 Group is the most professional among all, for they are always responsive (via texts, emails and in-person consultations), knowledgable in answering and responding to all enquiries, cooperative in accommodating to our schedule and requests, and welcoming in establishing a close, friendly relationship with us. Roger, the project manager of our basement renovation, plays an exceptional leading role to ensure the efficiency and quality of the project by throughly communicating with us, liaising with suppliers, inspector, electricians and all the engaged parties, and monitoring the work progress at every single stage. His contractors are particularly responsible, hard-working and devoting and we can't thank them enough for their amazing work. We had a major renovation done to our home, and couldn’t have expected anything better than what we received from the team at Lucky 5. From day one with just having Ken Lai come in to give us a quote to the 2 & 3 quote it was nothing but professionalism.
We had our stucco removed, a wall removed, an amazing new kitchen installed and brand new bathroom and powder room all completed. Everything we asked for or could imagine became a possibility with Lucky 5.

Owen has completed not one but two different basement renovations for me. His team is skilled and manage their time efficiently. Owen made sure to keep me posted every step of the way. They finished my entire basement in 30 days. When I sold my house, the new buyers let me know the basement was the reason they put in an offer. Need I say more.
